Synergy India Foundation is a non profit, secular, non political voluntary organization, presently working in AndhraPradesh in the areas of safety,health,education and environment. Key guiding Principles of the organization as the name goes are Collaboration, Secularism and Empowerment as it believes in the power of people and their contributions in what ever form it may be.

He had held steadfast to his principles and values that he nurtured all through his life. He always cherished to take challenges, converted them into opportunities with his pragmatic and positive outlook and he is continuously working towards promotion of good Health, Education, Road Safety, Environment and Livelihood for a safer society through various initiatives.

Judicial Magistrate First Class (Rtd.)
Ramchander is a Law Graduate did his B.A., LL.B., and entered in to Govt. Service in 1961. He got enrolled as Advocate in Bar Council of India in the year 2009 and worked as Jr. Civil Judge in different year in various Districts of Andhra Pradesh. He retired as Judicial 1st Class Magistrate in the year 2004. Being a trustee with Synergy India Foundation he contributed very much to grow SIF and given his experience and personal interest with strong zeal to work for the poor and needy.

Sanjeev Rao is a Trustee on board all set to support and move the activities forward. He is passionate about his work and enjoys working with people. Having seen the very different kinds and types of people he developed empathy with the under privileged and is inclined to volunteer for any kind of social cause to which he is readily willing to contribute to make a difference.

Janardhanlal is an educationalist worked as Principal for 13 years and presently running his own college at Nandyala. He is an active and enthusiastic personality carrying along with him a rich experience in the field of Education. Given his personal interest and professional qualification, Mr. Janardhana is willingly come forward to volunteer for a responsible position on the board.

Srikrishna is a young and energetic personality holding graduation in Law and completed MBA and now pursuing the Company Secretary course. His professional experience in legal and financial services, interest in rendering volunteer service, Mr.Srikrishna accepted the position of a trustee gracefully and he assures the organization of his support, cooperation and contribution in the most accountable and transparent manner.
To meet the demand for quality education SIF is contributing and initiated upgradation Govt. schools under Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA) scheme, GoAP
Synergy India Foundation efforts to provide universalize elementary and higher education for all children up to the age group of 14 years. SIF will effort to provide corporate standard education enabling for improving human capabilities.
Initially upgradation of Govt. Girls High Schools and Boys High Schools at Tirumalagiri has been selected and undertaking by SIF with community participation.
Synergy has donated 20% contribution i.e., Rs. 20,38,558/- (Rupees Eleven lakhs thirty eight though five hundred and fifty eight only) for infrastructure and construction Govt. Girls High Schools and Boys High Schools at Tirumalagiri, Hyderabad.
To meet the demand for quality education SIF is contributing and initiated upgradation Govt. schools under Rajeev Vidya Mission Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan scheme.
With People's Participation provide govt schools with all the Facilities which supports the students for Sports & Community Services and emphasis the teachers to be a part of the team to inculcate the spirit of excellence in each student to become a good and successful citizen.
Road safety is every once shared responsibility, initially to bring the perceptible change in road users for safe and economic journey Synergy has taken adoption of signal a social initiative of Safer Society project
Our aim is to mobilize the public spirited residents of several colonies /NCC / Bharat Scouts and Guides, institutions etc., to render voluntary services in spreading traffic awareness and road safety measures among the commuters.
1. Trained students, NCC cadets in traffic Management with Traffic Police Co-ordination and reached more than 1lakh commuters.
2. Given proposal for junction adoption and escalator Provision to govt. of AP. GHMC implemented the suggestion at L.V Prasad FOB.
3. Developed S.R.Nagar and Yousfguda junction and removed Kidny island and make free flow of traffic
Develop and disseminate IEC material on road rules and safety through awareness campaigns and printed material.
Training programs for volunteers on traffic management and road discipline.
To educate / awareness on traffic rules and regulations to general public.
To Educate / awareness on parking management to road side shop owners.
Responding to road accidents and emergencies: Calling 108 and First Aid.
Mapping of all organizations working in the same area for identifying common areas of work and collaboration.
To ensure maximum utilization of FOBs, footpaths and zebra lines to cross the road safely.
To encouraged to use public transport system for safe and economic journey.
To visualize all people in India enjoy good health, living in a healthy and an enabling environment for realization of primary health goals through team work.
To make sensitize the beneficiaries on available corporate health services of ESI Support to ESI hospitals initially in Hyderabad and Secunderabad for providing increased informative services to patients
Educate patients on available services, entitlements, process and other related information Assist and support in and out patients in attending their queries and educating them on the processes.
Educating employees and employers in various companies / industries on the available services, schemes in ESI hospital through awareness and education program. Promote all government programs and schemes to general public on health and nutrition
1. Blood donation camps benefitted 800 people
2. Kidney and Medical Camp benfitted 1309 people
3. 2200 ESI employees and their families were benfitted by medical checkups and awareness camps.
Help Desk
Assist and support patients to meet their requirements with proper guidance through a Help Desk in ESI hospital during working hours in two shifts. 2 Public Relations Officers would be placed at the hospital in two shifts (8.00 am to 2.00 pm one PRO and from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm one PRO).
Help line
One person would be available in each shift (1 person X 3 Shifts = 3 nos.) 24 hrs. at helpline.who would take continuous calls from
patients and employees and employer on their queries regarding ESI services and Emergency services.
Blood Donations camp
To organize regular blood donation camps and supply 30 bags of blood to ESI hospital To Maintain a data base of all donors with their profiles and contact details so as to access them in emergencies.
Medical Camp
To organize regular general medical camps at industries with support of ESI and educate employees in various on the available services and schemes through awareness and education program.
Green School is a project proposed in the areas of Govt. schools having good potential for water and there is no greenery. So there is a great need to take-up the tree plantation to develop the greenery and eco development, which provide good environment in the schools
Theme aims at children and community towards environment attitude of friendly preservation of environment, through child to child, child to family and family to community approach.
To take the message of planting a tree and combat the global warming and its impact at community level by using children as message promoters for better tomorrow.
Eco Clubs Formed with NGC Collaboration and Developed Plantation activity in schools, colleges and colonies and planted 40000 Plants.
To protect the environment from degradation and enhance the proper use of natural resources.
To sensitize children and community for greenery and eco development

The context and relevance of Community and Livelihood Resource Centre is a demand of the women from slums. It was felt that a common platform is needed where women can come together and discuss many issues and avail services for individual as well as group problems.
